Fork and Flipper

Essential to fireplace cooking is a good fork.

These are good forks. Long enough so your hand isn't in the fire yet short enough to be able to be used comfortably. The tips have a nice long taper and gently curve out giving a delicate yet strong cooking utensil.

The finishing touch is the heart handle, the heart is a very commom motif in iron work, and adds a touch of fun to an otherwise plain everday tool.

These are hard to describe but are the greatest thing for turning steak, chops, sausage, or whatever on the bar-be-que. I have even seen them used on store-bought burgers!

They are around 16" long, have a leaf forged on the handle end, and a decorative twist before the hook.

These make great gifts for everyone, (It's up to you if you want to tell them what it is).
